Note Recipient and Note Type fields don't seem active
ISSUE: When trying to add a new employee note into, the note recipient and note type fields don't seem to be active
Staffing > Staffing Management > EID > Employee Notes > Edit > Add New
Steps to Resolve:
Board Control > Change Notices > Note Type Code > New
Populate the required fields > Save
Board Control > Change Notices > Note Recipient Type Code > New
Populate the required fields > Save
Check Staffing > Staffing Management > EID > Employee Notes > Edit > Add New
Both drop box will have values set up now
