RESOLVED: Sparkrock 365 Outage May 5th, 2025

We are currently experiencing a system-wide issue that is impacting all Sparkrock 365 Canadian environments. 

We have engaged the Microsoft Infrastructure team and are collaborating closely to address this matter with the utmost urgency. 

We will provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) as soon as we can and will continue to share updates on this forum.

Microsoft has successfully resolved their infrastructure issue, restoring full functionality to the Sparkrock 365 Business Central environment.


Additionally, the Sparkrock team has implemented a hotfix to address mySparkrock slowness, which has now been deployed to production. This update enhances the performance of the mySparkrock Expense application for a smoother user experience.
