Issue: an employee is on long term disability and has not been paid via system, but needs to have a taxable benefit entered on their T4

To input a taxable benefit for an employee directly onto the T4:

Create a new record in the Payroll\Pay Process\YTD Record Adjustments
Ensure that the exact Entity Type-Entity Class on the YTD Record Adjustment entry matches what is mapped in the T4 Entity Maintenance screen. Entity Codes can be any described benefit, such as AD&D, DENTAL, LIFE, etc.
