Employee Appraisal Results Form Tab Setup
GOAL: To provide a wholistic overview of the setup and configuration necessary for E.A.S > Employee Appraisal Results > Form Tab to be setup.
EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL SYSTEM > EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL RESULTS > EID > FORM TAB
**Form Tab is not setup correctly and yields an error**
Note: This module will allow users with access to this module to review and process all Appraisals in one spot.
CONFIGURATION STEPS:
EASy.Ipps.Custom.Client>App.config

</setting>
IT Teams needs to set the value for the correct Portal URL.
FIX: Replace "https://localhost:444" with client portal website root
